How long does processing and shipping take?

Can I return or exchange my hair extensions?
- We do not offer exchanges.
- We only accept returns within 72 hours for hair that is untampered, unworn, and unopened.
- Hair that has been worn, opened, or altered is final sale.
Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?
- No. All hair purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Is shipping refundable if I return my order?
