    All orders placed are pre-orders. Shipping begins 2–3 weeks after purchase confirmation Due to the exclusive nature of our raw hair offerings, all pre- orders are final sale. No cancellations, changes, or refunds are permitted once an order is placed. Please allow approximately 14–21 business days for production and preparation prior to shipping. What does it mean to pre-order Ateliar Hair?

Pre-ordering means you are securing your exclusive Ateliar Hair products before they officially release. Each piece is made available in limited quantities to ensure quality and exclusivity.

When will my pre-order ship?

All pre-orders ship within 2–3 weeks after your purchase date. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Why is there a waiting period for shipping?

Ateliar Hair sources 100% raw, ethically collected hair from single donors. Our commitment to excellence means each bundle is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before it reaches you.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order after purchasing?

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all pre-orders are final sale. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

What if my shipping address changes after I place my order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at infor@theatelierhair.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, changes may not be possible.

Will I be notified when my pre-order ships?

Yes. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Our hair is 100% RAW Human hair that can be bleached to 613 and dyed.
